180° High Performance is a long-term athlete development and performance program designed for high-performance athletes competing across youth, collegiate, and professional levels.

Our coaching model goes beyond traditional training by integrating strength and conditioning, load management protocols, and sport science principles to support athletes throughout their competitive season and long-term development pathway.

Our belief system and methodology are rooted in the importance of identifying inefficient movements that can hinder an athletes effectiveness on the field of play. This upstream methodology requires theses inefficiencies to be broken down into their fundamental components and corrected through game relatable movement patterns, exercises and drills.

Ahjton Roberts

With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, sports performance, and athlete consultancy, Ahjton has worked with youth athletes taking their first steps in organized sport, to NCAA, professional, Olympic, and international-level competitors.

His expertise spans the complete athlete journey, including youth athletic development, return-to-play programming, injury prevention, rehabilitation support, performance enhancement, and the critical transitions athletes face as they progress to collegiate and professional sport. Through individualized training and strategic performance planning, Ahjton helps athletes navigate recruitment, physical preparation, workload management, and the demands of competing at higher levels.

Throughout his career, Ahjton has worked with athletes in soccer, basketball, football, track and field, rugby, volleyball, and combat sports. His athlete roster has included youth national team players, NCAA Division I athletes, professional athletes competing internationally, and Olympians.

As a consultant, Ahjton collaborates with athletes, families, coaches, therapists, and sport organizations to create integrated performance solutions that bridge the gap between rehabilitation and elite performance. His philosophy focuses on developing resilient, adaptable athletes who are prepared not only for competition but for sustainable long-term success in sport.

Through 180° High Performance, Ahjton continues to support hundreds of athletes annually through in-person coaching, remote performance programming, team services, and educational initiatives designed to elevate athletic performance at every level.
